Yavapai College graduation rate is below the national average.
18% of full-time students enrolled for the first time to Yavapai College completed the education program and got a degree in 150 percent of the expected time of completion.
The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.
Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes an extensive number of students. This index doesn’t take into consideration students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading perception. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare schools.
The student-to-faculty ratio at Yavapai College is 23:1, that means that for every 23 students the institution has one professor, lecturer or specialist with a degree in education. Lower student-to-faculty ratio is better - it means that professors can dedicate more time and attention to each student.

Student Reviews and Ratings for Yavapai College
It smells like beans in hereSource of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
If you would like your kid abused, then take them to the Family Enrichment Center. My friend had her son go here for over a year. She was a single mom paid every month, and was always nice. Mr.s Donna is in preschool A. She had prior complaints about being violent with kids. This complaint came from parents, and teachers. Her full name is Donna Baceski Dotzler. She took my friends 4 year olds sons neck, and squeezed it hard then took him by his feet and dragged him. This happened in the bathroom where there was no camera. He had marks, was very emotional and cried. He thought he was going to get in trouble because he couldn't understand why someone would do this to him. He is not known as a liar. I used to babysit him, and he is very bright and sweet child. I cant believe this happened to him. My friend called the police they did nothing, and Mr.s Donna was immediately hired back. I would strongly not reccomend this place. Mr.s Donna should have been terminated. This world is just not right. There is a difference of spanking a kids buttom, and trying to strangle them. Hope this is helpful. She did mention that Mr.s Kat was awesome, and if it wasnt for the horrible directors and Mr.s Donna she would have possibly kept him in.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Only gave a 1 star because I had to. Do NOT go to this college. They tell you that you have financial aid to cover all your classes and books. But once classes start they pull all your financial aid. And then tell you that you owe THEM money. Scam artists!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
The rudest advising office I have experienced at any school ever.they are unable to answer any of my questions and they are extremely rude and try to make you feel stupid over little things. The office staff is rude as well but their advising office is so rude I ajve only talked to one person who was not completely disrespectful and rude to me but he works for NAU not yc aweful don't even waste your time talking to them.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
