Student Reviews and Ratings for Valencia College

Overall Rating:

Overall Rating:

I hate this place with a passion I literally pay to go here and I'm late to class every day no matter how early I come because they don't provide paying students ANYWHERE to park. There are an ungodly amount of parking spots for staff. But if you park in one of the many, many open spots they give you a ticket. This place is absolutely pathetic and sad and so bad to its students who pay good money to take classes there.

They need to learn how to use a phone!! Not be rude once they pick up the phone and finally learn your job so you don’t give false information.

Overall Rating:

The schools choice of employees sucks. I've never had a good experience with the reps that answer the phones. The financial aid department is always giving inaccurate misleading information. I was promised something and they literally took that "promise" away in less than 3 days. The business office always have the people with the nastiest attitudes answer the phones so they're no help at all. I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone just because of the employees make the school life a living hell.

Most of my professors were very dedicated and cared about students success. As for the advisors, half of them genuinely cared, half of them aren't as helpful. Overall food college experience for an affordable cost.
