The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.
Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes an extensive number of students. This index doesn’t take into consideration students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading perception. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare institutions.
The student-to-faculty ratio at Trident Technical College is 21:1, that means that for every 21 students the institution has one professor, lecturer or specialist with a degree in education. Lower student-to-faculty ratio is better - it means that professors can dedicate more time and attention to each student.

Student Reviews and Ratings for Trident Technical College
I can really say much positive about this collegeLet's start with the fact, they scam you in programs that are set up for faliure. They place you in the program and then they give you a schedule with 5 or 6 classes per semester without warning you are stocked A schedule was requested prior to start up but was never giving and mistakenly I sign up, and like probably most of us just try to committing and failure was imminent since I worked and attend school like probably the average students.I instantly requested to have another option since I new This was not going to work, just to many classes for me.... and of course it was denied and pretty much was told to me that it was the requirement of schedule and that there was nothing I could do!!! ( rudely) Thru all this I believed that I had nothing to lose and continued for about 6 weeks, what a waist of my time. Classes are a joke no teaching at all, I would get the teacher to show up and put us to read, no interaction engagement neather guidance it was like if I was online reading alone, and when I had questions all they did was brush me off till the end of class and there it was... several other students in the same situation!!! Confused ( this is not teaching, I can read books alone)End up making the best decision to cancel the course since nothing changed during the attended weeks.Formal complaint was made and It felt like " cry me a river "Now I am stucked with a bill which is another dilemma I am not in school and no degree so I settle for the next job available which does not provide a comfort income and they are sending me to collections because they want the money in full, with no arrangement for paymemts at allI WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRIDENT FRAUD AND FAILURE INSTITUTIONIF THIS PLACE DID NOT HAD BOEING AS A TRAINNING FACILITY IT WOULD HAVE BEEN CLOSED LONG TIME A GODo not waist your time and moneySource of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I’d avoid going to this school if you can. The administration is very sloppy and if you take any online classes you’ll be learning how to navigate multiple third party sites. I spend the majority of my time doing busy work and not studying. The teacher are nice and usually helpful.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
They are a trainwreck. Half of the emails and phone numbers on their websites won't respond to you or have broken directories. The few people that you manage to get a hold of are so lacking in basic knowledge about financial aid, GI Bill coverage, and proram start dates that you will be transferred to another department (who just won't respond at all) instead of getting any questions answered. Its disappointing because this is one of the few schools in the area that offers technical training. EDIT: You won't have a better experience as a student either. Their bizarre program for accepting transfer credits means there's a very good chance that you'll lose a large portion of what you've earned.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Your experience depends on your drive in order to graduate or transfer. The price is something to truly take advantage of, get the classes done and out the way. It has saved me and my family a lot of money. I finished my requirements in 1.5 years and I have transferred to Coastal Carolina University for the fall of 2016. You have to put your put in the door here, TTC is your opportunity to make a change for yourself. If you truly want it bad, you will learn to appreciate every experience (good & bad) from this institution.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL!!! Do not by any means try to apply because you will be screwed in every way when it comes to support. Calling about the simplest things will require you to be transferred to every f***king department in the school, only to find that the one person who can give you an answer won't be in for another week or won't answer your voicemail until, apparently, he or she feels like it. This wouldn't be such an issue if it only happened once or twice, but you will experience this just about every time you call, and believe me you will have to call and ask about many things. Their portal and website isn't much help when your looking for the most BASIC information. Don't give them your money!!! Not to mention the textbooks are ridiculously expensive, and their bookstore staff often won't give two sh**s about what you came to do. By the way I am an almost straight A student with a strong work ethic. Just a low tolerance for BS.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
