Usually they do a decent job but I went in today and she butchered my hair. I literally have to go get another two inches taken off to fix it and make it even. My undercut is COMPLETELY crooked. She cut aHUGE chunk out of my bangs and didn't blend it or fringe it to frame my face like I asked. She also didn't do it to the other side so it's SUPER lopsided. I feel like an instructor would have caught these mistakes but not once did a instructor/mentor come and check the job she did. I cried for two hours. Never going back.

Received a color correction after the worst dye job of my life. Whitney, with the short dark hair (just in case there are multiple), did an outstanding job. I was terrified they would judge me or laugh at my hair and they didn't. They were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Not to mention, my hair looks amazing. She turned a horrible day into a wonderful experience and I have to give her 5 stars for that.

Just because you have an appointment doesn't mean that you will be seen in a timely manner. Waited over 30 minutes past appointment time. Very disappointed. Saw several people who went ahead of us.
