Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes an extensive number of students. This index doesn’t take into account students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading perception. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare schools.

I will never go back here again. Went about two weeks ago to get hair relaxed and cut. I needed a change and I figured this place would be good. Not the case. I had to wait about 30 minutes before I was seen which I am ok with because it was near New Year's eve and I figured they would be busy. I get to my stylist and she acts like doing my hair is last thing she wants to do. I ask her questions about how I can get my hair to grow she kinda just says "time" and kept talking to someone else. Yes, the people doing your hair are students, but I expected more professionalism. Then the girl shadowing her, my stylist told her she didn't bother interacting with the customers much and that she did not like doing hair. My stylist kept going to other people's stations talking to them and halfway ignoring me it felt at times. I gave it two stars instead of one for the fact that the instructors were extremely nice and helpful in suggestions for me. The student stylists I saw were not acting professional and my stylist, I definitely did not get a professional vibe from her. I will not be returning here to get my hair done, but I do thank the two instructors, the one up front and the lady with the long hair who were both very kind and helpful.
