75%
ABOVE AVERAGE

The College of Health Care Professions-San Antonio graduation rate is above the national average.

75% of full-time students enrolled for the first time to The College of Health Care Professions-San Antonio completed the education program and got a degree in 150 percent of the expected time of completion.

The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.

Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes a huge number of students. This index doesn’t take into consideration students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading picture. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare schools.

Was set to start their ST program in May but while waiting to start classes I decided to speak with Alamo Colleges instead and choose to go to school their instead due to it being way cheaper and accredited however upon calling their school to let them know they were short with me and with attitude asked "have you even gotten accepted yet?" Which I did and told me my $50 enrollment fee was non refundable which I find so ridiculous they are so quick to take your money but when you decide they arent the best fit then they wanna keep every cent they get from you. I'm super unpleased with this matter and glad I am not going there after all.

Overall Rating:

As a two time student here both of the programs I have taken here were great. I first took the LMRT course then the Medical Assistant class in both the staff was great they were more helpful then needed. They took every opportunity to help me get through the classes. The Blended class was great it gave me time to study and take care of things in my life and not miss class as much. I hope everyone has a great time here.
