Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes an extensive number of students. This index doesn’t consider students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading picture. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare institutions.

[UPDATE] The director called me to apologize whatever happened and kindly helped me out to get the color correction with a skillful student "Alexa" and professional instructor "Ms. Dee". Fortunately, Alexa was finally able to save my hair from the total mess. Since my hair was horribly messed up by the other students here (2 times color corrections after 1st horrible balayage), it wasn't easy to get the right color out. However, Alexa did whatever she could to make it better! And she made it happen as she said!!! Also, while Alexa was working the color correction on my hair, she kindly informed me each steps which she was doing and any other important details. That way, I was more comfortable because I got to know what's happening with my hair! I'm going back to Alexa next week to get 2 session of balayage and I'm sure she'll do the amazing job. There are several reasons I got to hate this salon/school. First, my appointment was at 11am and they had a delay opening at 11:30am. However, I never got a notice about the delay in advance and waited by 12pm to get the service by the student I wanted. Time is valuable and no one can waste someone else time. Also, the work isn't highly performed not only by the student but also by the teacher. I totally get that they are students and the job they do won't be perfect blah blah (all stupid reasons). However, come on, so does that mean I have to waste my time sitting there for the student to practice?? If the teachers see the students' job isn't being done correctly, they gotta jump in and fix before it gets worse. I wanted to give it a try Balayage here and now it's a total mess!!! Not properly done!!! On the top of everything, the receptionist (one old lady- I'll find out the name) just does not know how to talk and use her words. I just wanted to say so many words but got to manage myself calm.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Update: The director of the institute called me to apologize and help fix the problem. Will post after follow up.Avoid the place ! They ruined my beautiful hair!! Tons of chemicals and the hair colour in the end was pathetic ! Looked so cheap. Don’t ever go to a training salon .. this is what you’ll get.. completely disappointed and my once long healthy hair now is now destroyed and looks disastrous ! I could have done a better job at home! Came at 6 pm and left at 10:40 pm and this is what I get..and It was so late that I had to put off my prepaid hair cut as well. Truth be told I didn’t want them to ruin my hair any further .Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Andrea did a beautiful blowout and very relaxing head massage with deep conditioning my hair! Highly recommend going in and trying it out! Ask for Andrea, she’s great!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I made an appointment with to get my hair colored a few days ago. They were extremely nice and gave my exactly what I was looking for. Even though it was hard to get my hair from a dark brown to a light pink I am pretty happy with the result. They had to make up the formula to get the exact color. But all in all I am still pleased with the color even after I washed it. Krystle and Miss. Michelle were amazing and so kind to me. Thank you guys so much.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Recommended by my daughter and must admit I was a bit skeptical going in. I was greeted by the young lady that was to take care of me and proceeded to guide me to her working area. Everything was explained to me prior to be done followed by the instructor as well. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. I can sincerely say I will not be going anywhere else. I was amazed how the young lady (Faith) gave me the exact color and haircut that I wanted. I told my granddaughter to go there and she was so happy as well. Again Faith did a great job. Can't wait to go back. If I had to sum all this in two words they would be "AMAZING and WOW"Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
