Graduation Rate

Stewart School graduation rate is above the national average.

74% of full-time students enrolled for the first time to Stewart School completed the education program and got a degree in 150 percent of the expected time of completion.

The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.

Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes an extensive number of students. This indicator doesn’t take into consideration students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading picture. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare educational institutions.

Not impressed at all! 10/10 so not recommend. I Went in to get balayage done in my hair. I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted, it was brown hair and then it like faded down into blonde hair/really light brown. I was really excited to get my hair done but it ended up being red. My hair now goes from dark brown to red. Not what I asked for at all and I showed them the picture several times of I wanted. Very disappointed and never going back here again.

This does not even deserve a star but it was the only way I could post a review!!! I am beyond angry at this place!! I understand it’s a school!! I sent my child there and her stylist was Sabrina she wanted her hair lightened so she could get a silver umbre ( not sure on the spelling) Now I’m not professional but I understand the bleaching process of hair, my child now looks like a pumpkin and was charged $90 and and sat there for 6 hours only to leave disappointed and now I will have to take her to a professional to have it fixed!! Never never never will I be referring anyone to this school again!! And to still charge her $90 and then ask her to come back in 2 weeks to let them finish!! How on gods green earth are you going look at someone and know it’s not right and still charge them $90 and then ask them to come back so you can mess it up more and charge another $90 Hell no!! Management will be contacted tomorrow it was to late to call by the time she got home to see the mess done to my child head!!! Thanks to your school she was crying!! Way to go Stuart’s school!!

I always love coming here. Everyone is super nice and I always love talking to everyone there. Super friendly staff and it is a school so it does take a bit longer than it would if you were going to someone who had several years of experience (Great time to get to know them better). Also they are all students so they do make mistakes but they will work with their instructors to make sure it gets fixed up (They didn't make any mistakes when I was there). Overall I love this facility and everyone there. Definitely recommend this facility to anyone who lives in Sioux Falls or is just visiting for a bit.

Unfortunately there isn’t a 0-star option. If you’re thinking about trying out Stewart’s, rethink. I’ve heard they do a terrible job, but I never even got the chance to let them prove it. Due to weather, this “business” decided to open late. Did I know that? I would have if I had checked their social media, which apparently is the only way they know how to communicate. Apparently, it is now the customers’ responsibility to know if the appointment they scheduled a month in advance is suddenly cancelled with no warning. Upon arriving to my appointment, I was told that my spot in their schedule no longer existed. According to the gal at the front desk, the spiky-haired snow-shoveler should have told me when I arrived at the proper time. But instead, I got to find out from her tattooed associate, after waiting for an hour, that I would be messing up their schedule if they actually provided the service that I had been promised. My wedding party and I were looking forward to our visit to the salon in May. I guess Stewart’s will have to follow my social media to see if that appointment gets cancelled. (Spoiler alert, it will.)
