Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes a huge number of students. This indicator doesn’t take into consideration students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. I been to Raphaels a total of three times and when I went there on Dec 9th a Sat I was refused service just because I had my kids with me who are 10 and 9 that was never an issue before and they were always well behaved in there but that wasn't the problem the problem was the way I was approached by two of the instructors they were rude about it and just stared me down like I had did something wrong and I didn't get an I'm sorry come back when you can come alone or have another adult with them they were very unprofessional and I doubt I'll go back after that I was stared down like I did something wrong which I didn't and I stood there for 10 minutes before I was waited on because he was getting his "nails did" instead of working! I was dressed nice and didn't look like a slob but I was being judged for some reason for sure.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I came in with a group of 4 of us to get a pedicure.. They placed 3 of us together and one across the isle. And didn't even get them done at the same time. This was the first time coming here.. I will definitely not be coming back!!!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Such unreliable communication. We wanted to get waxing and pedicures done, and we called beforehand, and the staff told us on the phone that they could take us in. When we arrive, they tell us that, "we can try to fit you in, so please wait." We waited for about 15-20 minutes before they told us that we couldn't get anything done today. We asked many times if they could fit us in, and the front lady insisted they would try. Please just fix your communication with your costumers. We wasted our time.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I went in to get a relaxation massage and an acrylic nail fill. What I really wanted was a deep tissue massage, but was told that those are only at the Boardman location. So, I opted for the relaxation massage because I finally took a day for myself and felt I deserved it.The massage was first and was basically what I expected it to be and since it was only $16 I figured why not. It was only surface rubbing of some kind of lotion and a lot of it. After I left I was covered in lotion that was peeling off so I instantly went to the shower. But all in all, that's what I paid for.The acrylic nail fill turned out amazing though it took forever. Turns out they don't provide the students with the tools they need to do the job time efficiently. She had to manually file each nail down with a nail file from the local store. Poor girl. She was awesome and great conversation, but between the two services I had I was there from 10 am - 1:30 pm. My mommy time was up at 4 pm. so that was basically the end of my day.All in all, for what I paid, I will be back to continue with my nails, but I don't think I will bother with the massage. If I'm going to pay a stranger to give me a massage, I want the knots out of my back. I know the students are limited on what they are allowed to do, so this is not against their attempts.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I called and asked if they did real serious filing in a pedicure because I have hard skin and I am a guy. They said yes so I went there and turns out they don't file very hard at all. They have a sanding block the size of a stick of bubble gum. And I counted thirty seconds of filing. Just know and understand this is a training school and these are basically high school kids and if you need a real serious filing on your feet in a pedicure, they don't do that here, they're just not equipped and they don't teach it. If you're a woman and have just standard need of a pedicure they will probably do fine. But they didn't file in my case anyway, anywhere except the bottom for 30 seconds. I told them don't do the pretty stuff. I just need a basic nail cut and a basic filing, otherwise they're fineSource of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
