The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.

Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes an extensive number of students. This indicator doesn’t take into consideration students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading picture. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare educational institutions.

I asked for partial highlights and the lady dyed my whole head blonde. Everyone was Saying goodbye job’ to the lady doing my hair while they walked by but I clearly showed her multiple pictures of what I wanted done and even talked to her about it multiple times. Zero stars

Overall Rating:

My hair looks nothing at all like what i wanted it to. I brought a picture and asked questions, also made it clear i didn't want it to all be just one color, i wanted it to look kinda like highlights. It's much much lighter than what i wanted and basically all one color. I was told i could come back in a couple weeks to "build" on the color. Umm, that's not how this works... I also had my makeup done, which i was absolutely shocked to see once it was done. The student didn't even know how to open her makeup case, so why in the world was she doing makeup and charging for it?!?!

Overall Rating:

A terrible experience... I wish that I could leave ZERO stars. I had made a appointment online and received a confirmation email with the date and time of my appointment. I go up the the school and went inside to come to find out I was not in the system. I was shoved off by the teacher to talk to a student that was very rude. The student proceeded to tell me that I was not in the system and that I must be mistaken. I showed her the confirmation email that I have received from their school . I made a 9 am appointment and the student proceeded to tell me that they do not have appointments as early as 9 am and she had no idea why it confirmed me because I was not in the system. As people are behind me for THEIR 9 AM appointment, she tells me with a smug look and an attitude that her suggestion is the next time I should call and make an appointment because the online request ALWAYS mess up and never get it right. Shrugs her shoulders and says there is nothing more she can do. I was so mad at this point, and the fact the teacher could not step in and help the situation was very bothersome. If that is how you are teaching your students to act then this school is already a failure. I will not be going back or purchasing anymore from Paul Mitchell.

Overall Rating:

I have a difficult time getting a response when I try to make an appointment online. I sent in a request 5 days ago and have yet to hear anything from them. I just sent another appointment request and am hoping for a quick response. I had the same problem last time I used their website, but eventually heard back from them. They did a great job on my hair. The only frustrating bit is that it takes so long for them to respond.

Thank you so much, Jasmine & Myykeda, forgive if misspelled, for all the time you spent correcting my haircut. Both of you exhibited patience & sincere interest as it is a learning experience as well as a benefit to the community. I will return as a client. God's grace to both of you.
