The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.

Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes an extensive number of students. This indicator doesn’t take into consideration students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading perception. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare institutions.

Overall Rating:

I had Toya and her instructor Eli, both did a wonderful job, and for Toya’s first time highlighting hair she was phenomenal. I walked in just wanting something different for the summer and walked out not only with a great look, but with some knowledge behind the highlighting process because as the instructors were teaching the students they were also teaching me a thing or two. Really amazing to see teachers working with their students so closely, and the students asking questions to really understand why they doing the things they do.

Overall Rating:

People at the desk are terrible at their job. After waiting over an hour and watching 6 people who arrived after me get called back, I finally decided to ask what the deal was. They had never put my name in the system. The woman at the desk said she’d walk around to find someone for me. Here I am, still sitting 15 minutes later, and the ladies are just chilling at the desk. If it wasn’t such a good price for a cut, I would’ve left a long time ago!

Overall Rating:

Fun environment for a great hair cut at an even better value. Can't beat the price, energy, or small talk! Sometimes the length of the visit can test your patience if the trainee is a little scissor shy, but worth the wait for a good haircut - and it’s in the name of education!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Phase Two girls and the exceptional service I've received at PMS! I tried out the school several months ago after several bad experiences at some of the highly recommended salons in the area and I've been going back ever since. I just recently got my hair highlighted by one of the night students Jillian (Jill) and she made my icy blonde dreams come true! The prices are very reasonable and each of the services have been exceptional. Everyone should keep in mind that you were learning once too! Things may take a little longer, but I always leave pleased and feeling more beautiful than when I walked in! You girls (and guys) are amazing in my eyes!

I came in here today with EXTREMELY matted hair, to the point where most people would just shave it off. The wonderful people here got through thick, long, curly hair that had been tied up and getting worse and worse for about 2 months. They were super nice, very honest about what they think we should do, and so helpful. I lost most of my hair in the process, but they cut it and styled it to look good. I'm very happy with the service we received here, and will be back whenever my hair can handle it
