Graduation rate excludes an extensive number of students. This index doesn’t consider students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. I got my hair cut here and was very happy with my hair cut. The woman who answered the phone when I wanted to get my hair cut a second time on Dec. 6th was very rude. All I asked was if the barber who cut my hair before was there to take clients. She said she would need to take my name and number and call me back. I didn't want to give out my number so I said I would just call back in a few minutes. She said no that's not allowed. She said because of privacy she can't let me know if he was working. Ummmmm how the he#* does that work? She sounded very condescending and was very rude so I just hung up on her. I will never go back there again! Way to lose another client rude desk/phone woman!
