I went your Canal Winchester location at 3:20 pm today, Sat 4/30/2017. The sign "Open" is on, today's hour is until 4 pm, but the people it closed. I spoke to a person his name is Ross Wolfe, title is director. According him, people has to expect that it is base on them if they want to take or not. the "Open" sign and hour do not mean any thing, I went there few time before, all are satisfied to me, but not this time, will not bask there any more.
