The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.

Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes an extensive number of students. This indicator doesn’t consider students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading picture. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare institutions.

Overall Rating:

I've been there a bunch of times and sometimes you can get a decent cut. However recently the trims I've gotten there have been AWFUL. So uneven it's embarrassing and I have to fix it myself at home. What makes it so much worse is having the instructor come over and say what a beautiful haircut I got... So either they have a policy of saying that and lying even when the student clearly failed, or the instructors are as bad as the amateurs! This most recent massacre was their last chance at redeeming themselves and I won't be going back ever.

Wonderful.. I had made an appointment because I wanted my hair highlighted but did not have enough money for local salon prices. My greeting was very friendly and warm. The young woman, Nicole -I think (memory is bad), who did my hair was great! She had personality, humor and did a beautiful job on my hair. Granted they were a little nervous coloring my purple with the highlights, but it turned out lovely with warm colors and hints of blonde. It has 4 colors and looks fantastic. Look if you don't like the color Change it and if your don't like the style- give it a couple of weeks- it starts growing out Or go shorter!! I love it..... Will be going back!!

Overall Rating:

I went in over a month ago to get a bolyage done. I came out nice, but they advised me to come back and get it lifted so that the color would be what I originally wanted. I went back, and after the lady bleached my hair she tried drying it and it wouldn’t dry. Then she started combing and it all started breaking off. She called over one of the instructors, and they had to cut of about four inches of my hair. I bawled my eyes out. They said it was because of previous color in my hair, yet I got another opinion and she told me that the bleach was left too long in my hair. Also, I went to get layers in my hair because the cut that the instructor gave me was so blunt, and the hair stylist told me that the cut they gave me was completely uneven. The people are nice, but if you really care about your hair I suggest spending the extra money and going to a hair salon that has hair stylists that truly care about their performance

Overall Rating:

I was very unhappy with my experience, my appointment was for 1230 and I sat in the chair until 130 for just a trim. I ended up with several Inches taken off and It wasn’t even when she finished. Unfortunately I didn’t notice that until I got home it was extremely uneven when we called back to talk to somebody the teacher was very rude. I will never go back to the New England of hair design again and I will never recommend anybody to go there as well. Jessica Hill
