The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.
Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes a huge number of students. This indicator doesn’t take into account students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading perception. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare institutions.
The student-to-faculty ratio at New England Institute of Technology is 13:1, that means that for every 13 students the institution has one professor, lecturer or specialist with a degree in education. Lower student-to-faculty ratio is better - it means that professors can dedicate more time and attention to each student.

Student Reviews and Ratings for New England Institute of Technology
You're better off watching YouTube videos on your trade then wasting your money on this place to hardly learn anything about your trade. You'll have one day a week of a class that actually pertains to your major of which half will be in a class and the other half hands on. Classes feel rushed, instructors are often late or end classes much earlier than they are supposed to run, take phone calls or text in class, use very vulgar language and talk about inappropriate topics and don't give enough time to actually learn. You will be tested and graded on things that are not in your textbooks and were never taught to you or only taught once and didn't seem like it was anything significant enough to retain. You will be tested and graded on things that you've only had hands on experience doing for not even a half hour of one class. It's almost as though the instructors expect you to have the time and resources to teach yourself outside of class while going to school full time, working full time, managing to find time with your family and doing homework. Folks, I really wish I could leave a 0 star review about how much a joke this college really is.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I'm not sure quite how to begin this very unfortunately negative review, I am going to keep it short and simple. It's just not worth the money at all, even if you have parents that are paying for you or military grant. There are so many other options out there that will give you more of the hands on training and information that you will actually used. These course are cheaper and much shorter, opposed to 2 years where 80% of what you learned and payed for is non applicable. Find apprenticeship programs, certificate programs, on the job training or something along those lines. Please take this review and the other negative reviews posted here into extreme consideration before deciding to apply to this school. One last thing, EVERYONE gets accepted into this school. I believe there was another review that said something along the lines of, "This is where the community college rejects go." I can validate that persons review and say that is entirely true. If you are a parent reading this, please take this into consideration if you are thinking about sending your child to this schoolSource of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I work here, and it's a fantastic place to work. The students I deal with are awesome!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I was so excited to enter the Business Management program here. My associates went OK. This was when there were no dorms so I was driving from Worcester MA all the way to East Greenwich RI. Thinking this school was worth it. Decided to go for my bachelors in business because I was told it was a degree in entrepreneurship. They changed the objective and course after I signed up!!! Its objective now is "Team Management" (or was before I left). I'm sorry but who is willing to pay 42,000 OR MORE for a degree in team management. It's a joke. We got ripped off completely and now have civil actions taken against me for a small portion owed for classes i did not complete. Ladies and gents there are much better tech colleges out there. I'm sorry I learned the hard way but at least I can let others knowSource of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
The red head who works the front desk of the dorms is the most pleasant woman I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I really can't think of anything bad to say about her. Every time I walk in and see her glowing smile it reminds me that there is still a shred of hope for humanity!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
