Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes an extensive number of students. This indicator doesn’t consider students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading perception. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare schools.

Student Reviews and Ratings for Mr Bela's School of Cosmetology Inc
My stylist barely spoke English. I couldn't understand a word she said. I don't even know her name. She kept showing me weird hair videos on her phone. She never asked me what I wanted. It was very odd. I flagged down an instructor, and told them I was uncomfortable. I was going to leave, because it was so awkward. The instructor did switch me to a different student. She was lovely and smiley and cared about what I wanted. I ended up with a great color and cut. I had rave reviews about it.I have tried to come back several times, when the internet has said that the salon was open. However, it ended up being closed. I did go to another school, where I will continue to go to, which is unfortunate, because this one is closer. I still felt the need to leave a review.I would suggest to the owners, please make sure that your students can communicate with clients. If an instructor wouldn't have switched me, I would have left a 1 star. But, it ended up being very good.PS- The general mailbox is not helpful. It should state your hours that you are open, or if you are closed for a day. You should also update your Facebook account. It hasn't been updated since 2013!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
This is the only place I come to get my hair done and the best part is that they are willing to use your products.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Showed up for a school tour and no one is at the building. Our appointment was for 2pm. The door says open until 3pm. Doors are locked. I left work early to take the tour and sign up for the classes. Thank you for wasting my time.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
This place is horrible. The students try their best, but the teachers have the ugliest attitudes. They talk to their students like they are nothing. I didn't even get my hair cut, when i saw how they were talking to them, i left. Never will i be back.instead of training the students, maybe you should train your staff on how they should treat their students.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
This place was terrible!! I had been searching for a salon to get a spiral perm and I called asking if they could do it. They said of course. When I got there, it seemed as if no one had any idea how to do anything with hair...maybe it was a day for just the newbies. I kept repeating I wanted a spiral perm and they used regular rods and the girl and teacher both said it's the technique that creates the spiral perm and I said I had it before, they used long plastic rods that connected after rolling the hair around them. I tried to show them pictures of what I wanted and they didn't even look, they kept saying they knew what I wanted....well they had no clue! My hair is a big frizzy mess! It's a very tiny wave that I DO NOT like, no spiral at all! This place should be shut down. They do not know how to do anything. This perm is no good and I have to wait 6 months before I can try to fix it...Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
