Student Reviews and Ratings for Concorde Career Institute-Jacksonville
I'm here because a friend recommended I look into medical assisting and I am so happy at Mandl. The staff are all very helpful and really got to know each and everyone of us (which is pretty amazing). I highly recommend anyone interested in the medical field to come to Mandl. You have to work hard and the professors are there to help. If I have trouble or I don't understand something, my professor will work with me and help me understand the material. Other students help as well (now I even help some of them!) I'm so happy and grateful for the choice I made to come here!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I went through Domestic Violence right after I started school here because of my ex partner. This school did not care what I was going through. I had a couple of appointments with my Lawyer and at court and judges gave me for each documentation. I was told by the Director at the office that documents from a Judge doesn't count by their policy for excused absences. I was ordered to leave the school immediately. I felt my life was even more destroyed, Domestic Violence won. God only knows of the tears and pain.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Mandl is a great school, their professors are wonderful but the one thing they lack is consideration. It’s a shame how they cancel classes and have no consideration for their students and their students outside lives. All they have to say is “Oh,sorry” when you approach them about class cancelation. “Flexible schedule”, they say.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Love Mandl School! We worked with the staff there on a research project focused on Healthcare and they were fantastic. Very knowledgeable professors. We also worked with some students and they were really smart and focused on their careers. I was very impressed. The labs at Mandl are very realistic and really give students a hand-on feel to their coursework. Students simulate real world experiences and not only does it look fun but really challenging. Everyone seemed happy and hard at work.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
This school really cares about its students. I have met many of the professors and they all offer extra help and really listen. The Career Services department also really cares about students and also graduates. I met a Mandl grad who said he visited the Career Services department a number of times and they helped with his resume and also contacts. He was hired right after graduation. He also did an internship and said that experience made the difference for him. It takes work, other student say that you really have to put in the effort and that it's worth it.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
