Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes an extensive number of students. This index doesn’t take into account students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading picture. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare institutions.

Student Reviews and Ratings for Madison Media Institute-Rockford Career College
Terrible school. The head welding instructor does nothing to help. Spends most of his time absent from the class or on his phone. Most days he can be heard stating he doesn't want to teach anymore. He has zero patience. He barely explains how to use the equipment and gets mad when something is broken. He refuses to buy new tools even thought there is already a shortage of tools to be used. They had to set up makeshift welding booths because there weren't enough booths for the students they took in. The homework grid does not match up with the book at all. They have a homework grid for an electronic book but give us hard copies that have different page numbers and sections. I was kicked out of class for using the restroom. He never fully explains a project but expects you to fully explain everything to him. The only reason Im making it through this class is trial and error and other students. Ive either taught myself or have had to ask a fellow student who has also taught themselves how to do something due to the fact you cant find the instructor half the time. Hes left school in the middle of the day to go get an oil change in his personal vehicle. Save yourself the time and money. Dont attend this school.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
The Hypocrisy with this Unprofessional, incompatible accreditation & admissions school is nauseating. For one that prides themselves on being a Career College, they are a complete sham. Educated* individuals with the competency of children. I speak for the unethical and abysmal admissions department. Overall the accreditation process of this College is nonexistent. The Dean included they are just more of what Rockford doesn't need!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I received a diploma in the electrical technician program and an associates degree in construction management. The classes were challenging yet informative and kept me motivated through the entire course. The staff was extremely helpful and encouraging and always available for questions or concerns. After my education was complete, I was quickly able to find work within my field of study. I would recommend hard working motivated people to look into this school and take advantage of the opportunities they present.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I am very thankful, I was able to manage an education in Paralegal Studies and received an Associates Degree. The staff here is very welcoming, friendly and loving, they are always out to help you succeed. I would recommend this school to anyone. I finished my externship and was hired right off the back, it is definitely not easy as you think but you start somewhere. Now I am working my way up to success, Thanks RCC!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Received my AAS is Business Administration/ Accounting. It was a hard, trying, rewarding 2 years of my life. I am glad that I made the decision to pursue my education here. Some of the curriculum could have been a bit more relevant to what we would get in the field, but with the help of the instructors and staff it made the transition smooth.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
