Student Reviews and Ratings for Halifax Community College
Been here for 4 months in the HVAC program and its been wonderful. Never before coming here or hearing about this school did I think i would have wanted to become a tradesman. The correlation from book to hands-on is awesome. 90% of what i have been learning has connected to real world applications. The 10% is just because you cant remember everything. Sources of education are only a few years older than the present so your really only missing prototype components. And class time management is very well spent. I always look forward to coming in for my classes to learn more.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
It was a great school full of modern equipment, after graduating I got an amazing job. But the worst part about going to Lincoln tech isn't the school, its the children we have to share the class room with, they go through your back pack, they steal things, they vandalize things and they like to talk a lot of smack.other then the snot nose punks we adults have to share the class room with, its a great school.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Lincoln Tech is a good school to get you ready for the field. Out of all instructors, Mr. Star has stood out as someone who really cares about the students learning and goes out of his way to help all of his students.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Lincoln College of Technology has a great staff that helps you out. They also gives you a lot of information so you can be sure of what you want to do. The teachers are great and are always willing to help. I personally recommend this school to anyone looking for a great career in the Automotive industry. Mr. Starr helped me gain great knowledge in all aspects of the Automotive industry especially the electrical and A/C systems. Lincoln should have more instructors like Starr.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I heard a lot of good things about this school from one of my friends who comes here. He had high remarks about a few teachers that has help him a lot at his time here. Their names are Mr.Starr, Mr Harmon. I’m looking forward to coming to visit the school and hopefully get in rolled here to do automotive technology.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
