Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes a huge number of students. This indicator doesn’t take into account students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading perception. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare educational institutions.
The student-to-faculty ratio at Laredo Beauty College Inc is 17:1, that means that for every 17 students the institution has one professor, lecturer or specialist with a degree in education. Student Reviews and Ratings for Laredo Beauty College Inc
First and last time ever going there! My hair was up to my chest and I asked for a quick trim and maybe add some layers. First of all, you can tell she had no idea what she was doing, she kept cutting and cutting! I was gettting worried cause she already was way passed the length I wanted. Second, she barley wet my hair? So she was cutting dry which made it worse! And last but not least, she had to ask one of the boss ladies for help! At this point I knew my hair was a f***ing mess! I was pissed, I literally cried because my hair was so long & I just wanted a small trim. My hair is up to my neck now, NOT what I wanted AT ALL! They told me if I wanted a refund, but i honeslty just wanted to get out because I was so embarrassed. Well, what do you expect ror 4 dollars! Like I saw a comment said “te trasquilan”, they were right.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
They ruined my hair barely got it today and they ruined it and I'm very pissed 😡 rn atm don't go there if u want a haircut it's better if u pay 20$ for a haircut cuz it's worth it.. u don't want to be getting a bad haircut for 5-10$Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Very affordable prices, organized and students that do a pretty decent job (there's been groups in the past that seemed a bit unmotivated and more interested in standing around to gossip with each other but the ones from within the last year or two have been much better). My issue is actually more with the instructors. If you go in for a haircut, beware of the one they call Ms. Lety! That lady will come over to supposedly help or correct a student's work, but in doing so will cut way too much hair and worse, leave it choppy-looking! Do not let her cut yours! Also, there was one time I went in wanting a blonde color and some other instructor said to me that it wasn't possible. "Not possible?" I asked in disbelief. "No," she said, then after a few moments "You would need to have it bleached." Well DUH! My natural color is dark, of course I need to have it bleached first! She could've said that right off the bat, "Okay, but to get it to the shade you want we'll have to bleach it," instead of a plain and very rude "No."All in all, I think sometimes the students there are better than the teachers.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
