Graduation Rate

La James International College-Johnston graduation rate is above the national average.

60% of full-time students enrolled for the first time to La James International College-Johnston completed the education program and got a degree in 150 percent of the expected time of completion.

The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.

Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes a huge number of students. This indicator doesn’t take into account students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading perception. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare schools.

My husband and I went for couples massages today and had a wonderful experience! We were early so they let us use the sauna and our therapists were both outstanding (Zach and Kyra I believe). We will be doing this more often!

Got a gift card for my birthday 5 months ago. 5 months...that's how long I've been waiting to get into this place. Just to get a couples massage and a couple of facials. When I got the gift card I called and they told me I had to wait until after December because the day spa had no students available. First problem, how can you call yourself a full service day spa if you don't have people working it? I understand it is mainly students, but if there are no students then you shouldn't even be allowed to post hours like you're open if you have no one working in there. Moving on, FINALLY got an appointment in January. I kid you not. We get in there, fill out the paperwork, sitting waiting to be taken back to our rooms, and a teacher comes out and stated that one of the students is not coming back from her lunch so they could not accommodate both of us. Second problem, you have students that don't come back from lunch? And you have no back up plan for any appointments. No contingency at all. You have teachers for a reason. Have 1 of them step in for Christ's sake. Lastly, they reschedule our appointments for March. Today to be exact. I called a week ago to confirm my appointments. The girl I spoke with told me "Yup, we have you in here for March 2nd at 1pm for 2 massages and 2 facials." Cool! Right? Nope! I called today to confirm again just to be safe. And after being on the phone for 20mins they found that my appointments are not today they have them scheduled on 3/9/19 @ 1pm. I exclaimed that is not what I was told several times. And of course, just to remain consistent, there was nothing they could do about it.Mind you this was supposed to be a birthday present from 5 months ago. I'll be going in there today and requesting the money refunded back to me and I will take that money and go pay for a real massage, at a real spa, that's far more reliable than this place will ever be.Waste of time, space, and money!

I've been in for several massages. They've always been great. However the lady at the front desk always messes up my payment, or has a scheduling error and has to reschedule 4 times. Today she couldn't give me a correct reciept needed for my HSA. She charged for a couples massage which my HSA will not cover, she stated that's the only way to charge for a full body. But all my other receipts have a full body charge.

I attended this “school” and all I got was lies and given the run around for nearly a year (after graduating) They kept money that I signed for to be released to me and am still thousands short of what I signed to be released, the “school” did not follow the contract between students and school. I kept my cool and attempted to communicate with the staff but almost always got ignore and would not get any communication for months! I left a very honest review on Facebook and it was taken down...I guess it was to true to be left for people to see. This place is a very shady establishment and I am in no way happy with my experience. I will forever not recommend anyone go here. After looking in to it so many of the same problems they got sued for before are still going on. I do not like telling people I attended this school. I learned more from YouTube. If I could give no stars I would.

Had an appointment booked for a couple massage and facial. Upon arrival we were told one of the people doing the massage wasnt returning from her lunch break, so we could do one or reschedule. Very disappointing.
