Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes a huge number of students. This indicator doesn’t consider students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading perception. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare institutions.
The student-to-faculty ratio at Kaplan University-Hagerstown Campus is 21:1, that means that for every 21 students the institution has one professor, lecturer or specialist with a degree in education. Student Reviews and Ratings for Kaplan University-Hagerstown Campus
I graduated from Purdue Global University Hagerstown campus January 2018 with my associate's in business management. I tried to do my own thing but realized it was not working out. I contacted career services and attended a job fair held on the 26th of April. I had an excellent time of exploring opportunities and the chance to talk to jobs about what I am looking for. If you graduated from this school, seriously take the time and contact career services and also attend job fairs. Thank you so much Kim and Shannon. I'd give more stars but max is five:)Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Wow going to this school was wonderful the staff is great professors are aswell, but the career services OMG Kim helped me get a government job and gave me the tools to nail the interview I am grateful for them (Kim).Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
First off, thank you Shannon for your guidance and the last second audible affording me the opportunity to take part in the graduation ceremony!!! I was already impressed with the support system at Purdue Global. I completed my Bachelor's and Master's in Human Services and Graduated Dec 2nd, 2018. That said, after meeting with Kimberly Gembe in career services today echoed the sincerity and dedication to students success. I strongly recommend all students take the time to meet with Career services in person if you are in the area. The positve energy in that office is immeasurable.v/rDavendraSource of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Purdue Global’s career services department has given me the tools I needed to help me find a great job in my field. They are professional, courteous, caring and very knowledgeable and my resume looks awesome.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Having recently graduated with my MBA in Project Management, I was unsure of which direction to take my career path and anxious about diving back into what I had found to be a rather harsh job market in my area.Career Services was a lifesaver and Kim was awesome!! Not only did she help me reformat and update my resume, but she was constantly on the lookout for potential careers that would fit my degree, experience, and skill set. After graduation, she submitted my resume to a perspective employer and I can happily say that within 2 weeks of doing that not only did I have an interview, but a new career as well!!Without the assistance of the staff at Career Services, particularly Kim, I would still be stuck in the same place I was without an real direction or solid prospects. The tools are available to all and I recommend taking full of advantage of this great service. You will not regret it!!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
