Student Reviews and Ratings for Clarendon College
Overall Rating:
The professors are amazing and really care about students but unfortunately the Financial aid department is horrible. They lost my paperwork and then told me I couldnt withdraw from classes, which ended up dropping my GPA by a whole point. Never respond to emails, and wait to the last minute to tell you if you have any missing documents. Infact, they even told me to "pay out of pocket " instead of processing my documents to recieve my loan. They even left some students personal information on the computers (social security, addresses, etc). When I asked them to explain to me what I was missing they told me very rudely to do it online. When I persisted and went in their multiple times, they finally showed me what I needed, submitted the information and it was wrong yet again. Currently the 12th time I've had to miresubmit information over 3 months, becausethey cant seem to explain to me the accurate documents I'm missing. Financial aid would get a negative starf I could.

Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™I transferred to jeff state and ever since day one I have had nothing but problems out of them. I have been given false information multiple times. When I ask for a department I was told to call I get told something completely different than what I was told before. Nobody seems to be on the same page. The financial aid office is a complete JOKE!!! I WOULD NOT recommend this college to my worst enemy. They don’t even deserve one star.
Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™Shay Shelnutt told me MY name was funny in class. Then he asked if I had a uterus and I said, look dude, I'm a dude. And then he puked up a little reproductive disappointment.
