Jamestown Community College graduation rate is below the national average.
32% of full-time students enrolled for the first time to Jamestown Community College completed the education program and got a degree in 150 percent of the expected time of completion.
The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.
Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes an extensive number of students. This index doesn’t take into account students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading picture. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare institutions.
The student-to-faculty ratio at Jamestown Community College is 17:1, that means that for every 17 students the institution has one professor, lecturer or specialist with a degree in education. Lower student-to-faculty ratio is better - it means that professors can dedicate more time and attention to each student.

Very nice quiet friendly campus. It was wonderful visit.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I only went here for one semester. My dorming experience was horrible!! My room was messy when I moved in, it had personal items still from the last people that lived there, the wifi in the dorms never worked, and one of the toilets in the dorm didn't flush. My neighbors fridge always leaked and they never fixed it. The education part was better, but a few classes were a waste of my time and money.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I have no experience with the academics here. This is a review reflecting residence life. I stayed here over the summer because I had an internship in Jamestown. The staff was lack luster. There were two RAs there for the summer, but there was never one available when I needed something. I got locked out of the building and my room at one point and I was unable to contact either RA nor the RD! Unacceptable in my view. I had to go to the residence life office to get someone to help me.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I'm finishing my second year at JCC and have had nothing but a good experience here. All my professors have been super intelligent and helpful, and the school overall promotes success and gives you countless opportunities to explore your interests and get the skills and knowledge to get the career you want! Also a lot of fun opportunities.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
