Student Reviews and Ratings for Excelsior College
I will be starting the ASN program soon. Nothing about nursing is easy. College is not easy. They did note throughout the website to review what is required of you before you start. Everything is laid out. Its online learning, who thought you would get your hands held along the way. Every is not for everybody, and maybe the people complaining about the weekend clinical was not fully prepared. But they do tell you the topics and you should be prepared. You forgot to check the mucosa in the mouth? Lml. You know lesions can be in there and pose a threat to the elderly?Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I've no complaints with Excelsior College. I've taken over 15 classes with them and everyone of them has been challenging. From an Associate's degree to a Bachelor's, the professors were always professional and courteous. I actually took the time to fly here from Texas to attend the commencement ceremony! People will get out of it what you put into it. I'll end it with that!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I live in Renaissance and i am very happy with this management company. Great job. Also Edgar is a good workerSource of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Too much to write here, but don't go here. Nursing program is just interested in your money. "Teachers" are just there to copy and paste announcements and grade discussion boards. Discussion boards are a waste of your time and propaganda. You do not get feedback on tests and the quiz answers are questionable. You can prove your answer correct but they will still mark it wrong. Academic dishonesty. No wonder lawsuits have been brought against this school. Go elsewhere and save your $$$.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Please save your money!!!! This school is absolutely terrible. All they want is your money. I have taken a course where the teacher was rude and unprofessional leading me to fail the course I complained because they wanted more money from me, they said they would re open the course for me to continue with it during that time the course didn’t work 9 times out of 10 and then finished it and they still wanted their money when they were very much aware of why I was upset. Then they said they would give me a course for no charge ha. I would never recommend or take another course with this school again. So now I received another bill that has 495 dollar charge just for being apart of the school. This school is an absolute joke and my goal is to ensure that other future students do not have to go through this. I’m getting in contact with NYS department of education to fight this because this school should not be open at all.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
