Student Reviews and Ratings for Excel Academies of Cosmetology
Went in for a trim a few days ago and was super pleased. My hair can be challenging to shape and trim properly, along with the undercut on my nape, but Kelsy did a beautiful job and I felt as good walking out of there as I would at any other professional salon.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
My first visit today and it was amazing! My student Kate was really nice and friendly. Israel was the instructor who helped her and he was great. The service was wonderful (a haircut and deep conditioner). I loved how the washing station was in a room that was dimly lit and had relaxing spa like music. They have stools to prop your feet up, for being 5’3” that helped me out a lot. The energy of the school is very professional compared to Aveda and way more friendly.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
The experience was ok, plan on spending 3.5 hours for a color. Liked the hair products, but mark up is way too high! Try to find the products elsewhere would be your best bet!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
The service was nice, the place was decent and my hair cut isn't horrible, but it isnt what I wanted. I showed a picture of what I wanted and it was cut way, way too short. In three months maybe I'll be happier with it. 🙄Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I've had long hair forever. I've been growing out my hair color as my natural color is now grey. With my hair about halfway down my back, I needed a big change . I decided to go shorter and get rid of the old colored hair.I was really nervous, but I didn't need to be. Kaitlyn totally understood what I was looking for and we were totally on the same page. My haircut and style is AMAZING! Everyone at the school was wonderful from the receptionists to the instructors.THANK YOU!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
