Graduation Rate

69%
ABOVE AVERAGE

Everest Institute-Grand Rapids graduation rate is above the national average.

69% of full-time students enrolled for the first time to Everest Institute-Grand Rapids completed the education program and got a degree in 150 percent of the expected time of completion.

The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.

Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes an extensive number of students. This index doesn’t take into account students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading picture. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare schools.

Everest has done nothing beside rip me off

Overall Rating:

The WORST and most HARASSING time of my life! Don't touch the Grand Rapids Michigan location! And the program is NOT 9months. They release you when you gain employment and still threaten to drop you or not let you graduate unless you are looking for just a job in the field you are trained for!!!???!!!

Overall Rating:

Love it. Graduate in 4 days from the MA program, the instructors are awesome and the staff really wants each student to succeed. Those who posted bad reviews or students who can only say bad things maybe simply just need to look in the mirror for someone to blame. I dropped due to medical issues but when I wanted to go back the whole education team made me feel so much better. So glad I went to Everest.

Overall Rating:

I recently requested information about a program online. As a result, I'm now receiving 8-10 calls per day and they don't leave messages. I've tried calling back, but once I talk to a live person I'm put on mute and have to hang up and try again. I was able to contact someone via their online chat, however, they refused to remove my name and number, saying I would have to call to have them removed. The way they are calling me after only 2 days of my request reminds me of a rabid company like a creditor. Excessive calling while I'm work, so obviously I can't pick up the phone then. If first impressions are anything, I'm definitely going to another college and not even going to think about Everest.
