Graduation Rate

Elaine Steven Beauty College graduation rate is below the national average.

The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.

Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes a huge number of students. This index doesn’t take into account students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading perception. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare schools.

First time coming here and was very impressed and I loved my hair

Overall Rating:

The woman cut off so much of my hair and my hair did not have many split ends and she layered it and I didn’t ask for it. THICK NON-SEE THROUGH hair was on the ground by the time I got up. Process was very painful and the lady up front was not professional. Don’t get your hair cut here

Overall Rating:

Since everybody being honest! I attend school hair too. They charging you $16,000+ in tuition but don’t have the decency to have paper towels, napkins, plates or forks for the students. Our bathrooms don’t even have paper towels to dry our hands. I been asking for my student aid check so I can go out of town to Atlanta for the hair show. They told me they did not have the money even though the money was sitting in their bank account . I asked 7/27 , 7/30 & 7/31 for my money and they keep saying the didn’t have it.... When Infinally received my money it was Aug. That gendered me from moving into my new place. I hate this school because now everybody caught on to the money scheme they are trying any little thing to terminate you so they can keep the rest of your money! Beware

Very talented students everytime I find a good stylist they graduate soon after.

Overall Rating:

Firstly, I love two stylist there, Terena and Tiffany, if I could rate them separately I would, they easily gave me a five star experience. But what I would recommend is a bit more friendly customer service from front desk. I understand that sometimes the customers you serve are unreasonable but don’t carry that into interactions with other patrons. They were nice on my way out but on the way in I was not feeling welcomed at all.
