Graduation Rate

Denmark Technical College graduation rate is below the national average.

16% of full-time students enrolled for the first time to Denmark Technical College completed the education program and got a degree in 150 percent of the expected time of completion.

The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.

Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes a huge number of students. This index doesn’t take into consideration students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading perception. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare educational institutions.

This has to be the worst school I ever been too. Our refund took until the end of the semester to come. Its just the worst. To take away someone grades for rearranging furniture as a joke. Nothing serious not putting my hands on someone just something as little as that. The head people over the school are nowhere to be found sometimes and they really don't care for you.

Do you really want to live here on campus? Where they cut the internet off everyday at 6:30 - 7:00 so if you work better at night or have classes all day it's your loss, the library hours close extra early and doesn't care if all your classes were during those hours, where food tastes like sadness and despair, where the lunch ladies get mad if you take a cup of soda out, where some of the professors just sit there posts assignments and not help the students when they need it, where the dorm bathrooms look worse than the prisons and the maintenance crew barely clean at all!! We have a student activity fee but no activities, Extra fees that "magically appeared" this semester, and still the school is broke as hell but the president drives a brand new blacked out truck. (where is the money going?) Needless to say, some of the employees here are very nice and would work with you. So, it's not all bad all the time i guess. Still the worst year and a half of my life. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.great for off campus students depending on the teachers you have, I guess. you're stuck in hell if you stay on campus
