The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.
Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes a huge number of students. This index doesn’t consider students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading picture. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare educational institutions.
The student-to-faculty ratio at Cerritos College is 28:1, that means that for every 28 students the institution has one professor, lecturer or specialist with a degree in education. Lower student-to-faculty ratio is better - it means that professors can dedicate more time and attention to each student.

It was the L.A. Jet 34th Annual Invitational for the children which I believe was organized by USATF. Very nice to see our future champions tryouts.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™

I think its time for another college. This semester I have two teachers who make it almost impossible for me to learn.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Financial aid office is horrible. For some reason, they claim that I had defaulted on student loans when in fact they were all discharged since I am a disabled vet. I had cleared this up on Aug 17th. The person had logged on and saw proof that my loans were all discharged. Now I logged in to my student account and the same student loan default came back on there. I had several misfortunes of dealing with these incompetent California community colleges that I may decide not to pursue a degree.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
When I was there for my second semester, I went to an English class with Professor Olague. He took attendance. I was one of the students who wasn't mentioned because if one student didn't show up, I'd take that student's place. I told him that I was in the waiting list. He looked over the waiting list and said that I wasn't in the waiting list. I kindly told him that I was and offered him to show my paper that I was. He got angry at me and yelled at me to leave. Totally unprofessional.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
