Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes a huge number of students. This indicator doesn’t take into consideration students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading perception. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare institutions.
The student-to-faculty ratio at Central Piedmont Community College is 19:1, that means that for every 19 students the institution has one professor, lecturer or specialist with a degree in education. Lower student-to-faculty ratio is better - it means that professors can dedicate more time and attention to each student.

CPCC is a pretty good school. Overall, I don't regret my decision to go here. The only reason I take off a star is because of 2 things. First, the cpcc website is awful. Second, the other people who go here are generally annoying. But I would still recommend going here.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I called this campus because my professor told me that for my demonstration speech that I'm doing in my communications class through cpcc, I must rent a visual aid that In this case would be a mannequin to demonstrate my topic for the speech. They forwarded me to the maintenance department, then they forwarded me directly to a person's voicmail without it even ringing. Now I have to drive 20 miles in 5pm traffic just to see if I can rent a visual aid for my speech. Not very eager to help it seems.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
CPCC is growing more every year. They offer a wider variety of classes than just a couple of years ago. According to my friends, the quality of the teaching staff has improved greatly as well. The future seems bright for CPCC!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I am about to graduate this semester. Somehow I missed just one class. By the time I found out, there was only one class in which one seat was available for short session. However, that class conflicted with another class for just one night. I asked ladies at the registration officeThey were very kind and courteous helping me. There was one lady, her name is Elilta. She took all her time, and undivided attention to help me out. I was impressed and blessed with her!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
