44%
BELOW AVERAGE

Central Christian College of the Bible graduation rate is below the national average.

44% of full-time students enrolled for the first time to Central Christian College of the Bible completed the education program and got a degree in 150 percent of the expected time of completion.

The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.

Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes a huge number of students. This index doesn’t take into consideration students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading picture. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare educational institutions.

Central Christian College of the Bible is a wonderful campus with an incredible opportunity for students to really dig deep into scripture and prepare for a life of ministry. Overall Rating:

When my wife and I first came to Central we were drawn to the passionate focus the community and college had on raising up servant leaders. What we found when we got here was students living out that mission. Students here are committed to serving and leading beyond the classroom. I am thankful that this is a college where students can have an experience where they are noticed and where they are able to be used to their full potential.Since I didn’t graduate from Central I like many new students I experienced everything for the first time myself. I was blown away that the college was doing so much to control student cost trough their full tuition scholarship program. It is one thing to say you have a goal of graduating students debt free. It was another to see that happen in front of me as my niece completed her education debt free at the college. I am thankful to have spent the past seven years serving with passionate students who don’t just talk about making a difference but who actually put this in action. I am also thankful to work with and around a passionate community. This is a great college and I hope you get a chance to come visit and share the experiences I have had!

Overall Rating:

Came to college here in 1970 and started working in the Library in 1978. I am proud of the way the faculty and staff have interacted and continue to interact with the students and each other. Respect for individuals and talents as well as concern for each other in times of trials. Amazing that a couple of people have been here since the beginning. Love for the lost and hurting is prevalent. Thanks for the many years of service to the Lord.

Overall Rating:

My time at Central Christian College of the Bible was excellent. I received an education that was both theologically challenging and ministerially practical. I was able to engage in ministry opportunities, including being a Residence Assistant, leading worship in chapel, spending two summers on a camp team, and even being the Youth Minister at a church. You can't beat graduating college with 4 years of experience leading in your area of study! In addition to ministry opportunities, there were lots of ways to connect. One of those during my time was a group of us that met every week to discuss youth ministry. This was led in the home of our youth ministry professor at the time and gave us an outlet to discuss what was going on in our ministries and grow in our understanding of ministry in general. Which leads to the next thing.... The professors at Central are personable and helpful. They don't just care about teaching content, they care about the mission of the school, "to develop servant-leaders for the church." I couldn't tell you how many times Mr. Reese would say something like "down at the old country church..." in order to connect what we were learning with real situations in real churches. All of these things, especially coupled with the opportunity for a full-tuition scholarship, makes Central Christian College of the Bible an excellent choice for Biblical higher education.
