Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes a huge number of students. This indicator doesn’t take into account students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading perception. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare institutions.
The student-to-faculty ratio at Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics is 12:1, that means that for every 12 students the institution has one professor, lecturer or specialist with a degree in education. Lower student-to-faculty ratio is better - it means that professors can dedicate more time and attention to each student.

Student Reviews and Ratings for Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics
First time to Catherine Hinds, and I did not want to leave. My facial was so relaxing. I highly recommend this place! From the time you walk in ,you are acknowledged from Laurie Stumpf, who makes you feel so welcomed! Cassidy did my facial and kudos to her for making me so relaxed and invigorating. I hope to see them both at Christmas ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
This place is poorly managed - the head/principal/whoever is very rude, and some of the senior members of the staff have no idea about customer service well. This was the worst experience I have ever had.I called to make an appointment at 730 for a bikini, eyebrow and upper lip wax. They didn't have a 730, but they said the staff could do a 9pm appointment. I asked how long it would take and the staff assured they could accommodate a 9pm appointment. When I showed up the principal starts shouting at me "you make a bikini wax AND eyebrow AND upper lip wax at 9pm?? These girls don't work that late". Of course, I understood, I didn't even want to be there that late in the first place. I was polite and said I'd be happy to come back another day - but she kept going, and gave me a 5 minute speech of how I can't make late appointments. I rescheduled the bikini wax for a different day and went inside for the upper lip and eyebrow service. When I got there the senior aesthetician informed me that they could do both, so they start working on me - freaking painful to have two parts of your body waxed at the same time. I told them to stop and I will reschedule, but they assured me they could get it done. When I was about to leave, the senior lady starts lecturing me AGAIN and how I shouldn't make an appointment for many services so late, blah blah. It was so annoying. Then after I paid for the poor service and left, I noticed several wax strips in my hair! There were a total of 3 people working on me at the same time, including a senior, and not one of them noticed I had wax strips in my hair???This place is horrible. Save yourself the trouble and go to Elizabeth Grady instead.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
My daughter and I visited this facility for the first time today. Both of us had an "American Facial' with some extras - Enzyme mask and Ampoule treatment. This was WONDERFUL! The clinicians were incredibly professional and really took their time with us. The environment is clean and welcoming. Everyone was extremely friendly. Truly a wonderful experience for both of us! We will be back for certain!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
As I work in the helping profession, self care is excruciatingly important for me to maintain my sense of physical & emotional health Enjoying the Catherine Hinds Clinic in Woburn over the past decades has been a consistent and guaranteed source of pleasure. Naturally each student has their own individual style, but the professional estheticians / teachers who are always nearby, ensure the quality of service is consistent and individualized to meet each persons needs. When folks tell me repeatedly that I look over 15 yrs younger, I know I can attribute much of that praise to the facial care and guidance I have gotten over the years with everyone at the Woburn Hinds Institute From the moment you enter and are greeted by Laurie Stumpt, at the front desk, you know you are in good hands. Laurie sets the stage to feel the warmth, care and highest sense of professionalism!! Having gone to many spas, entering or making your final payment can cause unnecessary stress and tarnish the relaxation you might have experienced in the spa treatment. Laurie, who is regularly present, guarantees everyone will be met with the best customer service one could want. As I have been going for so long, I have seen many interactions and all who enter and leave have appreciate the attentive individual care. Going to Hinds Institute, it feels like you are visiting a haven of self care and an atmosphere of kindness with Laurie's welcome. To Laurie and everyone at the Catherine Hinds Institute, I hope to grow young for many more decades to come !!! Endless thanks!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
