Graduation rate excludes an extensive number of students. This indicator doesn’t consider students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. Student Reviews and Ratings for Carousel Beauty College-Middletown
The instructor wanted to charge me extra for a flat iron & trim because my hair is natural, (it's curly, not course) the stylist started flat ironing my hair in the middle of my head leaving the back still curly, and attempted to flat iron my hair using oil sheen with NO heat protector and I could hear & smell my hair burning. The instructor had no way of helping the student, because as she put it "I've only done a black persons hair once." I left, and did what they couldn't do in about 40 mins. Don't waste your time, even the students complain about this school.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
