Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes an extensive number of students. This indicator doesn’t consider students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading picture. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare institutions.

I came to this program not knowing what to expect or what would come of it. The more classes I took and the more I talked to the instructors, the more opportunities I saw unravel for me before my eyes. Having this degree has opened so many doors and has brought me an incredible job offer as a Medical Assistant at the Reno Orthopaedic Clinic. I love my job and I love my school for giving me the right tools and resources I need to succeed. I have felt endless support from my family, friends, classmates, and most importantly my instructors. Dr. Aung, John, Dona, Amy, Robin, thank you so very much for all of your hard work and never giving up on me! CCNN has been a journey that will always be a special part of me. Thank you!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I can"t thank enough for the staff and family especially my husband Jerry, and friends that have helped me along the way especially during the loss of me mother just before skills. But moving forward having my guardian angel watching over me gave me the strength to keep going. Thank you to all it means so much to me that I have a rewarding and a career in the medical field to help people. The skills have been the best and prepared me for the road ahead.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
When I started here I have worked a dead end job. The instructors were tough on us. But this is only because they new we could do it. Now that I have graduated I have received a job offer that is going to allow me to leave my current position and be able to spend more time with my family.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Looking back, I would say that a lot of emphasis is placed on getting students in the door. I had only attended a state college before, so I was not 100% prepared for the way for-profit schools operate. That being said, the HVAC/R instructors and the department chair John Drake absolutely know the trade inside and out, and prepared me well for working in the field. My best advice is don't commit to the program if you're not 100% willing to put in the effort.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
