Butler Beauty Academy graduation rate is above the national average.
68% of full-time students enrolled for the first time to Butler Beauty Academy completed the education program and got a degree in 150 percent of the expected time of completion.
The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.
Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes a huge number of students. This indicator doesn’t consider students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading perception. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare schools.
The student-to-faculty ratio at Butler Beauty Academy is 14:1, that means that for every 14 students the institution has one professor, lecturer or specialist with a degree in education. Lower student-to-faculty ratio is better - it means that professors can dedicate more time and attention to each student.

Student Reviews and Ratings for Butler Beauty Academy
I can’t remember the girls name who did my hair but I wish I did becuse she did an amazing job. Better than expected. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. You could see the excitement in the stylist after my hair was done with how great it looked and I feel she genuinely enjoys her job. Definitely will be returning!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Please remember that these students are learning and it is not the same atmosphere as a salon. This is a learning school Hair cuts , colors and perms are called down in order of knowledge and experience. Every one of these students are just starting. As stylist we all start at the beginning. . We all have to start some where. One students strength may be another students weakness. When you go to the school you are entrusting the student to do your hair to the best of their knowledge. When in all actuality this may be the first time on the floor. Please be kind to them, and make it a pleasant it experience for the both of you.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
My husband and I went in here to get our hair done. He got his trimmed and cornrowed. I went in to get my hair colored. I asked for my hair to be colored blonde on the top and dark brown on the bottom. Not only did I get the brown on the bottom of my hair. I have dye stains on my face! The blonde i wanted was bleached to death and toned a really rediculous orange/ copper color. They did not even use any product on my hair to help with the dryness either. I left with dry brittle hair and it was raining outside. I also paid for a haircut and they did 1 layer when I asked for 3. I am not pleased with the services we received and we will not be returning. The only good thing I have to say is that the girl that did my hair was very friendly and loves her pets. That's it!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I went in to get a haircut and they said come back in 45 minutes after I signed in. When I come back 45 minutes later my name is whited out on the list and they seemed like deer in headlights and said "sorry can you wait 15 minutes, have you signed in"? There was only 1 customer and all the other workers were just standing around. Totally unprofessional. I was looking for a cheap haircut but I guess I have to shell out the extra money now due to the incompetence of this place.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
People are great and they really take their time to get your hair right.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
