The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.
Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes a huge number of students. This indicator doesn’t take into consideration students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading perception. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare schools.
The student-to-faculty ratio at Brightwood College-Baltimore is 32:1, that means that for every 32 students the institution has one professor, lecturer or specialist with a degree in education. Lower student-to-faculty ratio is better - it means that professors can dedicate more time and attention to each student.

Student Reviews and Ratings for Brightwood College-Baltimore
How do you have a Computer Support Technician program and an Internet Connection that just don't work well?My teachers Mr. Dhanesar and Mr. Hackendorn were both very good at what they do and in typical teacher fashion, they made many adjustments and changes to deal with the internet issues we have been having since my enrollment. I have voiced my concerns to both of them and they then took it to management and nothing was done. Here we are 11/20/2017 and the problem still exist. Go figure.I even took it a bit further and mentioned it to Ms. Welch and her rude and unprofessional response just showed how much she cares about what we go through here CST students. It's also very sad that my review about how the CST students are treated isn't the only one out there. I so wished I have done my reviews before enrolling here but my excitement to get into this program got the best of me and I failed to check reviews on this campus.I will love to put the good word out there about Ms. Cathy, she is just amazing at what she does. She is very caring and a wonderful motivator. Thank you for showing me your kindness, professionalism and your love for education. Thanks again to Mr. Dhanesar and Mr. Hackendorn for putting up with and doing the best you all can given the situation.STARS GIVEN are for my teachers and Ms. Cathy.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™

...........Is all i can say. I'm still waiting on my A+ tutor to show up, and I graduated, last year(August 2016). LMAO. They treated the NURSING students likes gods, and the rest of the programs like second class citizens, especially if you were in computer support; which I was in. Never fixed or needs or have things organized. The teachers, I had no problems with, but even they were asking for help and not getting it. And once your time up, your time was up. They would cram 9 Months of tech knowledge into your, put you out and say come back on graduation day, and you're standing at the door, like what the hell just happened. Not to mentioned that they don't contact you, to let you know when your graduating. My whole class didn't find out until the day of. Let's just say that was the longest walk across stage, when you're the only one in the CST program walking....sad. They promise to get you jobs, even after graduating, my phone hasn't rung yet. I was forced to go back to my last job, just so I can start paying off, THE HIGH SCHOOL LOAN PAYMENTS. That right people, I left this job to go to school, graduated, and had to go back, with nothing to show for it. I will give props to my computers teachers though. With all the struggles these two manage to put information know-how into our heads and we did learn something. Thank you MR.H AND MR.D. Brightwood, get it together. Now, BACK ON THE JOB HUNT, I GO.......Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™

I learned some new stuff, but they don't teach as well as they should, and the school is never organized with anything. Don't have everything they need to teach us and staff is always changing. It's not worth the time hereSource of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
