Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes a huge number of students. This index doesn’t take into consideration students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading picture. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare schools.

Student Reviews and Ratings for Arizona Academy of Beauty-East
I had the most worse experience here I went in for a cut and perm. The layers put in my hair do not blend you can see each layer. Then they did the perm and they used 4x the amount of chemicals in my hair!!!! I waited 3 days that wash my hair and my hair started falling out!!!! My scalp was so dry it started flaking and bleeding and cracking!!!! I will never go back to this place ever!!!!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Was in there on May 12th for a manacure and perm. My nails came out really good. My hair another. the girl who cut and started my perm(loose body wave) was so fustrated that she only got two rods in and could not do any more. Miss Jen had 2 other girls come over and seperate my hair for one to do one side and the other girl to do the other. One girl only could work on my hair for about 10 minutes because she had another client to tend too the remaining girl finished perm. They rushed threw it. Was very dissappointed with it and after my first wash which was on Tuesday when wet look ok but when dried it look terrible some of the hair dosent even have a wave in it.Will never go back there again or recomend it to anyone. The one that got so fustrated was more concerned with her two daughters getting a manacure then with me.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Students use mannequin shampoo on clients, they have to bring their OWN product from home!!!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
Absolutely burned my 90 year old grandmother's ears, neck, and temples with perm solution. They told her to use neosporin. Her fried crispy hair was cut like a military sargeant.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I am very happy with the service here. I have such thick hair that I would have to pay hundreds in a retail salon. The prices are reasonable here and of good quality. The students aren't perfect. If you have no patience then a school isn't for you. They do a good job here.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
