Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes a huge number of students. This indicator doesn’t take into account students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading perception. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare educational institutions.
The student-to-faculty ratio at Allen School-Brooklyn is 29:1, that means that for every 29 students the institution has one professor, lecturer or specialist with a degree in education. Student Reviews and Ratings for Allen School-Brooklyn
The staff is so nice here wonderfulSource of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I'm currently in module 2 about to start the 3rd and I can say it flies by and before you know it you'll be finished and into your internship. The teachers and staff were very welcoming from day one and try to help us the best they could to see us succeed and achieve our dreams. Its a good entry level accelerated school to prep you with the basic knowledge in a medical field. Smaller classrooms with good teachers for focused learning to excel. I look forward to completing and doing my part to succeed and hoping to further specialize in the medical field.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I am currently attending the Allen School and I would recommend the school to anyone. The staff are down to earth and the work seems plausible for the most part. You just have to make sure that being in the medical field is something that you definitely want to do. No one is going to come to school or do the work for you. But they support you and work with you.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I really like the feeling that I get at Allen school from both teachers and fellow students. The staff, from the very first day exhibit extreme tolerance for our silliness and forthrightness. The use every opportunity to encourage us to remain focus and positive. I am very grateful for that.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
So far my experience at the Allen School is very good. I believe that I am learning everything that I will need to know to become a medical assistant. The teachers are really nice and give me the support that I need to keep going. Something that I like is that the classes are really small so that I can learn better.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
