The graduation rate value includes only programs that were completed less than six years for four-year degrees or less than three years for two-year degrees.
Graduation rate is the percentage of institution’s new-entering, first-time, first-year undergraduate students who complete their program within 150% of the published time for the program. Graduation rate excludes a huge number of students. This indicator doesn’t take into account students of nontraditional enrollments - part-time students, students who enroll mid-year, and who transfer from one institution to another. So graduation rate alone can create a misleading perception. Completion rate in the form of total number of students receiving any types of awards/degrees creates a complete picture. Combining this data with graduation rate is a better way to compare institutions.
The student-to-faculty ratio at Aesthetics Institute of Cosmetology is 10:1, that means that for every 10 students the institution has one professor, lecturer or specialist with a degree in education. Lower student-to-faculty ratio is better - it means that professors can dedicate more time and attention to each student.

I Am A Graduating Student From This School Year 2017.. I Would Never Recommend Anyone Looking For A Cosmetology License To Enroll Here Ever. I Have Had Over 6 Teacher In One School Year Setting.. The Teachers Not All Bad.. But Business It Self. Trash.! No One Wants To Stay.. MS.Lyla Something Else.. Something Like 9k Was Taking From Me. That I Didn't Use Through Financial Aid. Ask Students About How Business Goes. Some Students Get Passed Along While Other Struggle To Make It.. Trust Me When I Tell You Try Somewhere Else.!!!!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I have graduated from this school as a nail tech about 4 years ago. My time there was very productive and was able to learn and master my nail tech skills. Mrs. Laila always welcomed her students and clients. I really like the school and now I'm thinking if going back and become an aesthetician. I give this school a 5 star. No complaints on my end.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
I’m a recent graduate from this school. I loved this school, the director and teachers are wonderful. You will learn all types of skills, and deal with all types of hair texture. This school is very beneficial, I even landed a salon job 2 months before graduating. I highly recommend!!!Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
My wife called ahead to try to schedule an appointment for service. She was told they didn't do appointments and to just swing in anytime they are open. She checked in at 4:15pm to get some highlights done. The lady in charge had her sign in and told her that there's a staff change at 5pm and she wasn't sure the highlights would be done by 5pm so we were asked to come back at 5.When we returned, the new lady in charge told us that we weren't signed in and would have to wait another hour before getting started. We informed her that we had already signed in at 4:15. She said that sign in sheet was gone and so was the other lady so too bad for us. We can wait or come back some other time.We won't be coming back ever. We hope you won't let them waste your time either. There are better businesses to support.Source of the review: Google Places, Google Maps™
